If Java is not working (this is specifically due to an update to Java 7 but may fix future problems too) 1) first uninstall Java from Control Panel - Uninstall Programs 2) Then Install JavaRa (this will remove traces of Java from previous installs that could conflict with a future install) 3) Run JavaRa and do the following 1. Remove Older Versions 2. Additional Tasks One check box at a time go top down and do them all, with the exception of the two Logfile ones and removing JavaRa Language Preferences which are not necessary 4) Install jdk-6u38-windows-i586 5) Make sure the new install of Java's add-on is not disabled by Mozilla automatically due to it being old and having a security problem. Go to Tools Add-ons and scroll down and make sure it is "enabled". If you use another browser check the same thing there.
